Yes, providing you work a minimum of 16 hours per week. If you receive benefits as well, this may help you to get a larger credit limit.
- How do I apply for car finance?

- Can I buy any car from any dealer?
Yes you can. We would recommend that you take all reasonable steps to make sure that the dealer is a reputable car dealer, and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We can recommend reputable car dealers in your area.
- How much interest will I pay?
The interest you will pay is dependent on your particular circumstances, your credit history, the term of the car loan and the finance company who accepts your car finance application. The term used by most finance companies is ‘subject to status’: this means that it is subject to the risk that the customer poses. This is based on their financial history and a number of other factors, which can vary between lenders. Use our car finance calculator to give you a rough guide.
- Do you charge any fees for your services?
New Look Loans submit your proposal to the most appropriate lender for your circumstances, for this service we receive a commission from the lender. You will not be, directly, charged for our credit broking services.
- I have a part exchange will you accept this as a deposit?
If you take your part exchange to your chosen car dealer. They will take the value of your part exchange and deduct this amount from the car sales price.
- Do I need a deposit?
With the majority of our lenders you don’t need to.
- How soon will I have a decision?
In most cases, within the hour. This can vary dependant on how quickly the lender can confirm the terms of the agreement with us, and we can receive confirmation from yourself to proceed.
